Overview

For oil-immersed transformers rated 110kV, 220kV, 330kV, 500kV, 750kV, and 1000kV, the main cooling methods are natural oil circulation with air cooling, forced oil circulation with air cooling, and forced oil circulation with water cooling. Among these, the vast majority adopt natural oil circulation with air cooling or forced oil circulation with air cooling. The OR-TA series transformer air-cooled control cabinet is an intelligent control cabinet specifically designed for these two cooling methods.

It supports remote, automatic, and local manual control modes; can upload, display, and execute various information and control settings; and can optimally control the entire transformer cooling system to achieve energy savings and extend the service life of cooling fans and circulation oil pumps. It is capable of reliable operation in harsh natural environments, including extreme cold, high heat, high humidity, severe pollution, and high salt spray conditions.
